What is to be a glorious summer of Psychonauts content updates begins with the addition of the w.i.p. enemies section, detailing the game's many foes.
Ryan pulls the venerable Tim Schafer away from the excitement of Psychonauts' impending release for a few seconds, and asks him three brief (read: long) questions about the game and himself.
Highly interesting notes come in threes.
There are three things of note right now. The first is Benny's brilliant sound ripping tool for Psychonauts, which helpfully extracts the sounds from the game for your easy enjoyment outside of the game. Check out the official forum thread right here. It does exactly what it says on the tin, and is immensely useful, as with all the crazy tools that Benny comes up with.

The second thing is that a show aired a couple of weeks ago on G4. A show which dedicates an entire hour to Tim Schafer, which covers the development and crunch mode of Psychonauts, plus a look at all the past games which defined Tim over the years. It's a thoroughly enjoyable watch, and can be downloaded from the brilliant netmonkey's website here.

The final thing is; Sorry for the deadness! Many people (including myself) have taken the game quite slowly so as to savour every last detail, so to prevent spoiling I have not been reading emails containing such delights, nor have I updated any of the Psychonauts sections. The seconds will all be fleshed out very soon with as much information as you can handle, should you enjoy the reading material.

Also on the agenda is a nice new downloads sections for tools such as Benny's, and whatever else should happen to pop up in the future. Additionally, the image gallery will start to take on all of the new screenshots which I've taken during the game, just because they're pretty. I must seriously have about 400 images from the first few levels here, so I'll need to trim them down a bit. Did anyone say "wallpapers"?

Heh, I was wondering when a new update (news and content) would be made. I can't wait for the new pics. And yes, I did say wallpapers.

By the way, I haven't recieved my confirmation email for joining the forums, and it's been quite a while.

Cool beans on that info.

Any news on additional Psychonauts PC patching in the works? I most definately would like to play the most excellent game Psychonauts from start to finish again after it is not most excellently crashing every 10 minutes in the later half of the game.
